DoFollow or NoFollow: What are these?

When you are building link for your site, blog or forum, two words bothers you: Dofollow and nofollow. I will discuss about these subjects today so that you can have a clear idea about what these are. That will make you understand the value of your time and effort while creating backlinks. 

Dofollow and nofollow are two words that indicate the category of a blog, site, or forum, directory. Dofollow sites let you get quality backlinks which help you get high page rank and promote your SEO. Dofollow sites are SEO friendly sites but nofollow sites are totally opposite. Nofollow site links do not have any relation with page rank. These sites can give you visitors but not page rank or SEO facility. 

Now come to the real fact. The difference between dofollow and nofollow is a word ‘rel="nofollow"’. The sites which contain links whith the word rel="nofollow" , are nofollow sites. The links are like this:

If the link doesn’t contain rel="nofollow", the site is a dofollos site. So mainly dofollow site doesn’t exist; they are just not nofollow basically.

If you ask me why nofollow links do not take steps for page rank or SEO? The answer is rel="nofollow". It is a code word that prevents search engine spiders from getting information from the links.  All search engines use their search spiders for their search. But as they cannot conduct search from the mentioned links, so they also do not count these links as a quality link. And without quality link your page rank will not rise.
